How many sessions would I need?
The number of sessions depends on what it is that you are coming to therapy for and how much of a commitment you are willing to make.   Sometimes people may know from the outset that they want to attend a set number of sessions; in other cases people prefer to decide over the course of sessions when it feels right to end.

In order to benefit from therapy, you need to attend regularly, either weekly or fortnightly.

We would discuss together what seems the right amount of sessions.

How much will it cost?
Individual Counselling: The first session costs £35; the second session costs £35;
after that each session costs £50

Payment for each session should be made before that session starts.

How long do sessions last?
Individual Counselling:
The first session is a consultation which can take from about 30 minutes to 1 hour;
after that each session up to 50 minutes.
If you arrive late, the session would still end at the time it was originally supposed to.
