"Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change.”
― Wayne W. Dyer

Once you realize there is life after mistakes,
you gain a self-confidence that never goes away.

―Bob Shieffer

Ego is thinking you have all the answers.
Self-confidence is knowing you don’t have the answers,
but being pretty sure that you will be able to find them.

― Maggie Stiefvater

Starting in April 2013, we will be running a series of one-day self-development workshops in the Luton, Hitchin, St Albans, Harpenden and Hemel Hempstead areas.

Workshop 1:  Understand and Value Yourself
Get what you want from life by understanding how your self-esteem helps or hinders you

Workshop 2: And they lived happily ever after .... (but they were stressed out right now!)
Your Wedding Day: it's said to be one of the best days of your life, it can be also one of the most stressful times of your life; help to ensure that mentally you are in a good frame of mind to enjoy your Big Day by considering the sorts of ways that you and your partner react to stress and explore how you can help yourself and your partner through this often stressful time.

Workshop 3: Anger
An essential emotion which is often much misunderstood.  Please note: this is NOT an anger management group and it would NOT suffice in fulfilment of a legal direction.

Workshop 4: Affairs, Betrayals & Secrets.  After all the lies, where do we go from here?
This seminar workshop will look at the aftermath of an an affair, a betrayal or when a secret has been revealed and what it means for those involved.  It is aimed at couples and at those who are single.  It is suitable for anyone who has been affected by a betrayal or an affair in a relationship in which they are or were involved.
